ABOUT US AND TRAVELLING RUFF
Hello and welcome to Travelling Ruff! We’re Lucy and Daisy. Based in leafy Hampshire, UK, we love going places with our pawrents and we put together this website to share our tips and tricks to make travelling with your humans more fun.
We had 6 trips in the UK and Europe planned for 2020 but due to the pandemic and daddy’s shielding, we had to cancel them all. We understand it’s time to look after ourselves and our community so we’ll stay put, go on day trips and keep planning until we can travel further again.
On this website, we tell you how we plan our holidays, what we pack, what we use and our favourite places to stay. Our mum is also very interested in raising us away from nasty chemicals and anything harmful and we’ll share our natural approach to health and wellness.

MEET OUR FAMILY TEAM
Our little family consists of two dogs (us!), two humans (mummy and daddy) and our kitty brother Toby who absolutely hates travelling!
DAISY
Ruffian #1
Daisy is a 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She’s the most relaxed, happy and confident dog. Snores like a freight train and snorts like a pig – hence her nickname Princess Pork Chops. Daisy is a little mermaid and loves swimming!
LUCY LOU
Ruffian #2
Lucy is a 5 year old Cavachon and a puppy farm survivor. Although still slightly anxious around new people, she is a very cheeky, happy dog with tons of energy. She loves her new life in her forever home and runs like Phoebe from Friends.
TOBY
Cat
Our 10 year old tabby brother with extensive relaxation skills. His main hobbies are sleeping and eating. Loves us and doesn’t mind us licking his empty food bowl. He’s the boss in our house and has shown us our place several times!
MUMMY
Main carer
Our mummy is loud and cheerful. She’s our main feeder and treat provider. She loves us even when we’re naughty and Daisy sleeps between her pillow and the headboard in ‘our’ bed!
DADDY
Main entertainer
Daddy is our best play mate with crazy afro hair! He sneaks us treats when mummy’s not looking and chases us around the garden. Lucy sleeps between his pillow and the headboard.
